Browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into your cart the contents will be shown in the left hand bottom of the page so that you know where you are. When you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for the final details that we need to be able to complete submission of your order.

Products are priced individually and price showing on page included and exclude of VAT and do not include delivery charge. Delivery charge calculated automatically depends on item weight and size. Orders over £100 plus VAT are delivery charge free

We accept on-line payment via PayPal and any credit debit card, no card data is visible to or retained by ourselves. We may to contact you by telephone or email, however, we may we may have any issue regarding your order
Out of stock items will be cancelled from the order. We will contact you by email or phone regarding this issue.
When an email confirmation of your order is sent to you, this is an automated response from the server to indicate that your order has been received at our website. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us, or that we have physically been informed of your order at that precise moment in time. If you do not receive this automated response, it is likely that you have miss typed your email address on your order, or failed to complete the checkout process correctly for some reason please contact us or try again complete your order.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, your credit/debit card processing is handled by PayPal on our behalf. Your card data is not input into our website in any form and we do not have access to the information
Cancellation
Please be aware that full & complete cancellation without charge can only be accepted if your goods have NOT been processed or dispatched.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may be made within seven days, but the cost of shipping the order to you is NOT refundable and, if by virtue of the order value, you were not charged for delivery, the cost of this may be charged additionally. We do not refund the cost of your returning the goods to us.
Under the Regulations you have a duty to protect our goods whilst in your possession and to ensure adequate packing & protection in sending them back to us

Shipping & Delivery
Any single order having a value in excess of GBP 100.00 net of tax is carriage-free, you pay only the value of the items plus VAT
Order Value up to GBP 99.99 excluding VAT will be send via Royal Mail of your option chosen at checkout
GLASSWARE may incur a small additional charge for packaging & insurance
We will consider shipping to Europe, USA, Canada, and Australia & New Zealand at our discretion, dependent on the nature & value of the goods but please enquire for a freight/carriage quote before placing your order.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply any destination
If your single item is not in stock, we will email you and either refund for one item or whole order if you do not wish to proceed.
We always try to post it same day if payment received before 1pm. However if it’s not posted same day for some reason it will be posted next day in the morning post. Normally it takes one or two days to arrive but some times more time so please allow enough time for you. If you still not received your item in two weeks’ time please contact us and we will make a claim on Royal Mail

Returns Policy
If you wish to return for refund undamaged perfect items that were originally ordered by you legitimately & in good faith then you may do so, AT YOUR EXPENSE, within seven days. The returned item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them and suitable for resale. Items which are soiled, damaged, used, removed from their original packaging (where the original packaging was sealed) OR missing their original packaging where that packaging was specific to the item (e.g. bubble packs, printed boxes) cannot be accepted for return. Items which appear to have been USED will not be accepted for return.
Items that you are returning must be adequately packed and protected having regard to the manner in which you received them and the method by which you are returning them. Refund will only be given for complete & undamaged returns, this being particularly relevant in the case of breakable items.
Refunds will be made in the amount that you were originally charged for the item EXCLUDING the cost of postage & packing, carriage charges either charged to your incurred by us for the purpose of sending them to you, excluding the cost of your returning them to us, in the same manner as you originally made payment to us, within thirty days of our receipt of the returned item(s). Please ensure that returned items are clearly labelled with your name, address and original Order Number or Invoice Number.
In the case of items supplied incorrectly, return costs will be refunded, where we require the item(s) to be returned.
Please contact us for instructions as to the method by which we require the goods to be returned - this will be by the most cost-effective method, for us. Should goods be returned WITHOUT prior consultation, by a non-cost-effective method, e.g. by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Same-Day Courier, etc., the cost over & above that which we would normally incur WILL NOT be refunded.
Evidence/proof of circumstances may be required.
Damaged Items
In the case of items damaged in transit, return costs WILL be refunded, where we require the item to be returned.
Please check your goods immediately on receipt.
Claims for items damaged in transit MUST be received within three days of your receipt, so that we may claim on the carrier.
Claims CANNOT be accepted after this time.
Short Delivery & Omissions
In the unlikely event of a picking or packing error on our part, please notify us within seven days.
